Anna grew up immersed in the world of restaurants across the UK and NZ, giving her a deep understanding of flavours that appeal to all ages.

She quickly recognised that the best dishes were those with rich, authentic tastes that didn’t rely on artificial enhancements. Inspired by this, she developed Mama Low Spices with a focus on clean, natural ingredients that bring out the true essence of food.

At Mama Low Spices, we are committed to the “No Numbers” philosophy, meaning our products contain no artificial preservatives, gluten, colouring, or common allergens like garlic and onion.
