Refund Policy
Please contact us via email at hello@mamalowspices.co.nz if you encounter any issues with an item that may need to be returned.
We want you to feel as confident shopping with us online as you would in a physical store.
If we send you the incorrect products based on your order, we will cover the return postage and resend the correct item at no extra cost to you. However, if you have mistakenly ordered the wrong item, the cost of return postage and resending the item will be the purchaser’s responsibility. Refunds will only be issued once we have received the returned items and confirmed any faults or incorrectly shipped products.
For change of mind refunds prior to your order being allocated for shipment, we will refund the amount minus any payment processing fees, using the payment method you used on our website.
Please ensure you have received the correct items before use and that they are being used in accordance with our suggested applications on this website. We cannot refund incorrectly purchased items that have been opened and/or used.
