Shipping Policy
We currently ship products within New Zealand only. We partner with trusted delivery service providers to ensure your products reach you safely and efficiently.
a) Rates
You agree to pay the postage fees as calculated at checkout.
While technology is reliable, it’s not perfect. If there’s an error in calculating your postage costs, we’ll contact you before processing your order to discuss options, such as covering any additional costs or modifying your order.
Our delivery service providers may adjust their fees from time to time, so you acknowledge and agree that we may update the applicable postage fees at any time with notice, and that such notice is given by posting the updated postage fees on our website.
b) Despatch Timeframes
We process all orders within 48 hours (weekdays) of receiving payment. Once your order is processed, we’ll aim to despatch it on the same business day or the next business day. Any variations to this schedule will be noted on our website header.
We appreciate your patience, as this handling period may vary during peak times or high order volumes.
Please note that we are not liable for any delays in the despatch of your order.
c) Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the specifics of your order. While we strive to provide an estimated delivery timeframe, this is largely dependent on the delivery service provider. As a general guide, your order should arrive within 5-10 working days, unless otherwise notified. Please be aware that deliveries to more remote areas may take longer.
d) Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that your postal address details are accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for any incorrect or failed delivery if inaccurate address details are provided. If your order is returned to us due to an error in the provided address, we reserve the right to charge additional postage fees or cancel the order and issue a refund according to this agreement.
e) Orders Lost in Transit
When your order is despatched, we will provide you with a tracking code so you can monitor its progress.
If you suspect your order has been lost or misdelivered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate. While we will do our best to locate your missing order, we cannot guarantee responsibility or liability for any lost or misdelivered items. In the event of items being lost or damaged in transit, our liability is limited to the amount of any compensation we are able to recover from the delivery service provider, minus our reasonable costs for investigating and processing the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
f) Risk
Risk for each order passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address. A signature will be required upon delivery unless you have authorised the courier to leave the package unattended. If you have provided such authority, the order will be considered delivered once it is left at the specified address. Similarly, if you have designated someone else to receive the package at your address, the order will be considered delivered once it is signed for by that person.
If we accept the return of any goods, risk for those goods will transfer back to us upon our confirmation of receipt of the returned items. We recommend that you insure any goods you return to us against loss or damage during transit.
EVENTS BEYOND CONTROL
Sometimes, events beyond our control (such as strikes, natural disasters, extreme weather, computer malfunctions, or service provider failures) may interfere with our ability to despatch your order. If such circumstances arise, you release us from any obligation to despatch your order while those circumstances persist.
During such events, we may choose to cancel your order or complete it once normal conditions resume. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you to discuss a suitable solution.
